These beautiful ceramic tiles are hand-painted in Turkey by skilled artisans. The hand-painted designs make these tiles fantastic and unique pieces. Suitable for use in most tile projects and beautiful enough to serve just as shelf decor. These tiles should not be used as part of weight-bearing floor projects. Able to be used outdoors in most climates, but should not be exposed to temperature extremes.
The floral design on the exterior includes representations of tulips. The tulips are included as a reminder that the flower originated in Turkey, despite the credit that Holland is given today.
Please note that due to the hand-painting and glazing process, little imperfections in the design are possible. See all photos for any imperfections on this tile. This tile has a small rim chip in one corner. It has been marked down in consideration.
