The Evil Eye

Spoke about in religious text, like the Bible, the evil eye is a multi-cultural negative representation of greed, envy and desire. It is said that a man who hastens after wealth, can become blind to that pursuit, and thus develops an evil eye. These keychains feature protective evil eye symbols (or nazar boncuğu in Turkish). Used to ward off those with the evil eye, these symbols are a frequent sight in Turkish culture as well as in Greece.
